Q&A
How much time does the course take?
The course is designed for real life. You’ll receive a new module for 3 weeks, but you can go entirely at your own pace. I recommend doing some centering and grounding practices daily. A practice can take from 30 seconds to half an hour. The other exercises and theory will take you 1-3 hours weekly. To get long lasting results, you’ll need to continue working with your nervous system after the course.
Do I need to be a witch to take this course?
No, you don’t. Everyone benefits from nervous system work. However, you will find nature based rituals and suggestions as part of the course, that some might call nature based spirituality. The focus, however, is always in building presence and feelings of safety.
I am super busy, can I take this course later?
Probably, but the thing is, that when you are the busiest, you need the regulation the most. Your nervous system is in survival state and that is part the reason you feel busy. Long times in constant survival is likely to lead to burnout. What I offer on this course will help you to feel differently about the endless urgency in your life. So ask yourself: can I afford to take this course later?
Is the course suitable for neurodivergent people?
Many of the nervous system regulation tools in this course can be supportive for the neurodivergent; I’ve personally found them helpful myself. I’ve done my best to make the course experience as accessible and flexible as possible.
You’ll find materials in text, audio, or video format. Lessons are broken down into bite-sized pieces under 10 minutes, with some longer guided practices available too. I offer you the “focus of the week” to help you choose what to do if going through everything seems overwhelming.
I also offer checklists and suggestions to support your rhythm, but there’s no pressure to complete everything or follow a rigid schedule. You don’t need to practice every day, and it’s okay if you forget sometimes. The focus is on building gentle micro-habits of regulation, even just 30 seconds at a time.
The course is structured over 3 weeks, but you’ll have access for 6 months — so you can move through it at your own pace.

Do I need to finish in 3 weeks?
Nope. You get lifetime access. You can follow the rhythm or take your time — this is your journey.
I’m overwhelmed and don’t know where to start. Is this still for me?
Yes, especially for you. The practices are gentle and designed to calm your nervous system first — so you can access clarity from a place of safety, not pressure. I have provided weekly focus that will narrow down what you should concentrate on each week.
Is this more spiritual or scientific?
Both. The course combines nervous system science with intuitive and symbolic practices. I offer modern coaching tools, also used by therapists, to support your journey. On the other hand, there are some suggestions rooted in the folklore, that can be helpful on your journey. Quoting Deb Dana, who has done her career with nervous system regulation: Spirituality and surroundings are two of the four points of connection that helps us regulate.
Do I need to be experienced in meditation or somatic work?
Not at all. Everything is guided and beginner-friendly. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to listen inward.
Is this a live course or self-paced?
It’s fully self-paced. You can begin whenever you’re ready and return to the material as often as you like.
What format is the course in?
This is a self-paced online course. Once you purchase, you will be registered to my course platform. New material will open weekly. Weekly materials can include video, audio practices (like Yoga Nidra), theory in audio and/or text formats, PDFs with journaling prompts and visual exercises, and weekly themes to explore. You will receive regular emails to remind you to return to the materials.
What if I buy it and realize it’s not for me?
I want you to feel good about your purchase. If the course doesn’t feel aligned, contact me within 7 days and we’ll work it out.
I am bad at meditating, will this help me?
Yes. I am bad at meditation too, if that is possible. Most of my grounding exercises have movement as part of them, which really helps with the wandering mind. Instead of trying to “let go of the thoughts” by thinking about letting go, I guide you to feel your body. That will make you succeed in relaxing without you trying actively to relax.
I would like to meet like-minded people. Can I do that on this course?
This course is self-paced and there is no community available. However my future plans include a membership where my customers can mingle and learn together.
I would like to have support from actual person during my journey, can I get it on this course?

My name is Ninni
I am a certified trauma-informed integrative transformation coach, Yoga Nidra instructor and inner world cartographer.
I struggled through overwhelm, anxiety and burnout. And an enormous creative block. I opened a conversation channel with my nervous system, fears, and shadows, and found the energy and courage to follow my own North star, my own path.
I walk with witches, dreamers and cycle-breakers who are ready to live as their full selves.
