Witches’ North is part of Härkin Creative (Business ID: FI3281011-2, Postal address: Pellavapolku 5b4, 80710 Kontiolahti, Finland). Witches’ North sells products and services to adult private individuals. These terms and conditions apply to remote orders of products, services, and event registrations, as well as to similar deliveries.
These terms are valid as of September 9th., 2025. We reserve the right to update them unilaterally from time to time, so please review the terms each time you place an order.
Products and Pricing
Product features and prices are listed alongside each product description. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping fees, so please check the final prices in your shopping cart before confirming your order.
The product’s language is English. 1:1 coaching in Finnish is available upon request.
Prices include Finnish VAT at 25.5%, which is shown in the cart and on your order confirmation.
Shipping Costs
There are no shipping costs for digital products and service.
Ordering and Contract
You may order products through witchesnorth.com webshop, forms, by email, or via private message on a social media platform. By placing an order, you are expected to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions valid at the time. By accepting and receiving our confirmation of your order, you enter into a binding contract with us, subject to the exceptions mentioned under “Right of Cancellation.”

Order and Payment Confirmation
If, for any unexpected reason, we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Delivery Method & Time
Digital Products: Digital products are delivered via email or an online course platform immediately upon purchase. Please ensure that you provide the correct email address during checkout.
Downloadable Files: Downloadable files are delivered immediately upon purchase. Delivery method is stated in the product description.
Online Courses: Access to at least to the welcome materials is granted immediately upon purchase, unless otherwise specified in the product description (e.g., scheduled course start). In some cases, course content is released gradually. This will be clearly stated in the course description.
Individual Coaching: Start time and delivery method are agreed upon personally between the client and the provider. Coaching may take place online or in person in Finland as agreed.
Right of Cancellation and Return Policy
When you purchase a digital product or online course, delivery begins immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase and confirming your agreement at checkout, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you therefore waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law and Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
Gift cards are non-refundable.

Order Check, Errors and Problem Situations
Please check your delivery upon receipt. If the product does not match your order or is faulty, contact our Customer Service as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days. We will agree on how to resolve the issue. In consumer sales, we comply with mandatory liability provisions under Finnish consumer protection law.

Limitation of Liability
Witches’ North, Härkin Creative or Jenni “Ninni” Härkin are not liable for any direct or indirect damages related to orders, deliveries, or products—except as required by mandatory provisions of Finnish consumer protection or other applicable laws.
The Client is responsible for defining and achieving their own goals and desired outcomes.
Härkin Creative does not guarantee that using the services will produce any specific results. However, practices used, such as yoga nidra, drum relaxation, transformational coaching, and recovery practices have documented and experienced benefits, and often improve quality of life in some way. Please note that the time required for change varies between individuals, and experienced benefits are personal.
The folkloric, mythological, and ritual content offered by Witches’ North is rooted in Finnish and Karelian tradition and is intended for personal, creative, and spiritual exploration. It does not constitute religious instruction, academic research, or cultural authority. Interpretations and applications of traditional material are the responsibility of the individual.
The services offered by Härkin Creative are not medical care and do not replace medical treatment or therapy. If you need medical assistance or advice, please contact a healthcare professional. The service provider is not a licensed medical professional and does not represent themselves as such.
Somatic and nervous system practices may be combined with folkloric or ritual frameworks. These combinations are exploratory and personal in nature. They do not represent clinical treatment and should not be understood as such.
The services and products are not intended for diagnosing or treating any medical or mental health conditions. The services are not therapy and do not replace therapy or mental health treatment. In individual coaching, the client must disclose if they have a mental health diagnosis requiring professional support. If you experience severe psychological challenges (e.g., strong dissociation, dissociative identity disorder), consult your doctor before using the services. If unsure whether meditation, drum relaxation, or yoga nidra are suitable for you, consult a medical professional.
By using the service, you take full responsibility for following the guidance provided. You are fully responsible for personal development, your own psychological and/or physical well-being both during and after the course or coaching.
Disputes
We strive to resolve any disputes concerning your order primarily through mutual agreement, so please contact Customer Service first.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, a consumer may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before doing so, you must contact the Consumer Advisory Services (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi). All disagreements are solved
In the event of a dispute, the matter shall be governed and resolved under the laws of Finland.
